Are there any hidden costs?
Everything is included, except the hosting and subscription costs for external tools, such as e-commerce functionality, automation, and store locator software.
Are you responsible for a top position in Google Search?
No, but when we deliver a new website, we do ensure that all technical aspects of the website are set up correctly. It is then your responsibility to invest in search engine optimization. Of course, we are happy to help you with that.
Can I downgrade or upgrade a subscription at any time?
Yes! You can change your subscription (s) yourself via the customer portal.
Can I invite my colleagues?
Yes, of course, your colleagues are also very welcome!
Can we communicate via WhatsApp, Telegram or Slack?
While it sounds nice when we can chat together, we know that information will be lost and communication will be messy. Instead, all your tasks are organized on your task board within Asana (our project management tool). We communicate within the task comments so that everyone knows what we are talking about.
Can you build a new website within a subscription?
Yes! The to-do list will look slightly different than an existing website, but otherwise it works exactly the same. Before we begin, we would of course be happy to discuss the project you have in mind. By opting for a subscription, you can also go live super fast. With a traditional approach, it can take months to finally go live with your, sometimes outdated, website.
